The Focus Method is the structure behind how we coach at KHP. Every member has access to three session types covering all three pillars of physical development.

Each session geared towards building different physical qualities. How you divide up your week will come down to your goals and preferences.

  • KHP Strength (Full body strength, power & muscle growth)

  • KHP Range (flexibility / mobility)

  • KHP Endurance (Muscular endurance, heart and lung capacity)

These pillars form the foundation of long term health and performance, giving you a well-rounded, capable, resilient body over time.

Choosing your Training Focus.

During your initial Focus session with your designated coach you will get clarity on how to organise your training and which sessions to prioritise to achieve your desired goals. This keeps training meaningful & enjoyable.

With regular check-ins, progress updates and adjustments when needed to keep you on track even as your needs and goals evolve over time.

Once you choose your Training Focus, you then choose a Nutrition Focus that supports your goals and lifestyle.
