What is Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)?
Small Group Personal Training at KHP is personalised coaching delivered in a small, focused group in Sandyford, Dublin 18. Each member follows a tailored programme designed for their goals, while training alongside others in a supportive environment.
You get the individual attention of personal training with the motivation of a small group.
-
How is SGPT different from semi-private personal training?
KHP officially offers SGPT, but because group sizes are intentionally kept small, many sessions naturally feel semi-private, with close technique coaching, individual progressions and personalised adjustments.
You receive the benefits associated with semi-private personal training in Dublin — without the cost of 1:1 training.
-
What is The Focus Method?
The Focus Method is KHP’s structured training system centred on four pillars:
- Strength
- Range (Flexibility / Mobility)
- Endurance
- Skill
You choose your primary focus (e.g., Strength or Range), and your personalised programme is built around it while still improving all four areas. It gives your training clarity, direction and measurable progress. See the Focus Method section on our website for more information.
