Why Our Coaching-Led Small Group Training Works? KHP Gym is a small-group personal training space in Sandyford built around a simple idea when you train with intent, learn as you go, and feel part of something, progress becomes a natural part of your life.

Our Tagline ‘Train. Learn. Connect.’ isn’t just marketing copy - it shapes everything we do - from how we coach, to how we support you, to the atmosphere you walk into each day.

KHP is owned and led by Ian McGlynn and India McGlynn — coaches known for their grounded, supportive approach and strong technical expertise. Between Ian’s years of hands-on coaching experience and India’s background in education, lecturing and her work with organisations like HerSport.ie, members benefit from coaching that is not only effective, but genuinely informed and people-centred.

Using our shared Science and Athletics backgrounds, we’ve developed our own training Framework called ‘The Focus Method’. Every member trains across the four pillars that make you capable in the real world: strength, flexibility, endurance and skill. Members can choose a specific Focus within these Pillars (such as Strength) and we tailor both your training programme and nutrition to put more emphasis on that, while still ensuring your continuing to develop in the other Pillars.

Our coaches structure your sessions so you become well-rounded, resilient and confident—without ever losing the ability to focus on the area that matters most to you.
