Plans and Pricing

At KHP, you can choose from four training plans, each with a defined training term and two training tiers: KHP Core (3 sessions per week) or KHP Unlimited (as many sessions as you want per week). This allows you to choose both the level of commitment and the level of weekly training that best fits your goals.

All plans are billed on a consistent 4-week cycle rather than monthly. This reflects how we coach, programme, and review progress — with training blocks, check-ins, and progress reviews all running on the same rhythm. It also keeps things simple and predictable, as every billing period is the same length.

Longer training terms offer better value and additional benefits. This is a deliberate way to reward consistency and support the long-term habits that lead to meaningful, lasting results.

Transparent Pricing, by Design

Many personal and group training gyms don’t display their prices, relying instead on sales conversations and bespoke quotes. At KHP, we believe training should be more open, less sales-led, and more professional, which is why we publish our pricing clearly and upfront.

While coaching-led training can look expensive at first glance, our longer-term plans work out at around €11 per session, making them comparable with (and often more competitive than) similar gyms. We can do this because our members stay with us longer, allowing us to invest more in coaching quality and deliver better value over time.

Importantly, you’re not paying for individual sessions. You’re investing in an ongoing training service that includes expert coaching, structured programming, nutrition planning, progress tracking, regular reassessment, and support beyond the gym floor - all designed to support lasting results.

*Plans are purchased for a fixed Training Term. By signing up, you are committing to the full term and the associated fees.

Plans will automatically renew at the end of each Training Term unless you cancel/request otherwise before the renewal date.

You may cancel a Plan within 48 hours of the Plan starting or renewing for a full refund. Cancellations after this 48-hour period remain payable for the full Training Term.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Why the Rules?

At a KHP, we’re a small locally run business. In order for us to be able to consistently provide the high level of service we provide to our customers, it’s necessary for us to be able to forecast the number of members we have. We also know that real progress takes real commitment, and when our members commit to progressing, we want to try to help them keep that commitment.
