Plans and Pricing
At KHP, you can choose from four membership plans of varying lengths, each available in two training tiers (KHP Core or KHP Unlimited). Every plan is billed every 4 weeks rather than monthly — a rhythm that aligns with how we coach, programme, and review progress. It also keeps things predictable, because every billing cycle is the same length.
This 4-week structure is common in coaching-led gyms, and members often find it easier to follow: your payments, training blocks, check-ins and progress reviews all run on the same schedule. The longer your plan, the better the rate and the more added benefits — a simple way to reward consistency and support long-term results.
Training Tiers Explained
KHP Core provides 12 coached sessions every 4 weeks (which you can use at your own pace—most members train around three times per week). KHP Unlimited offers unrestricted access to all available sessions, making it the most flexible and cost-effective option for members who train more frequently.

*Plans auto-renew at each Plan end date unless explicitly requested. Customers may cancel their plans within 48 hours of a plan starting or renewing to receive a full refund. Customers wishing to cancel a Plan after the 48 Hour window will be subject to an early termination fee. This does not impact your statutory rights.

At a KHP, we’re a small locally run business. In order for us to be able to consistently provide the high level of service we provide to our customers, it’s necessary for us to be able to forecast the number of members we have. We also know that real progress takes real commitment, and when our members commit to progressing, we want to try to help them keep that commitment.
