Small-Group Personal Training That Works
KHP is a coaching-led, small-group personal training gym (4:1 member-to-coach ratio).
Every session is structured, coached and tailored, so you always know what you’re doing and why it matters.
Our proprietary training system — The Focus Method — develops strength, range and endurance in a balanced, sustainable way. Each member chooses a Focus area, and we adjust your training so the biggest share of your progress happens where it matters most to you.

At KHP, training is personal, structured and deeply supported. Every member follows The Focus Method—our system that helps you train with intent, understand your progress, and stay consistent over time.
But what truly sets us apart is the environment you train in. KHP is a warm, welcoming community where people get to know each other, support each other, and naturally build connection through shared effort. There’s no pressure to be social—people settle in at their own pace—but most members quickly feel part of something.
KHP is shaped by its founders, India McGlynn and Ian Molphy, who bring a rare blend of expertise.
India is a lecturer, former international athlete and ambassador for HerSport.ie, known for her evidence-based approach and ability to teach people how to train with confidence.
Ian brings decades of practical coaching experience, a background across multiple sports, and a calm, supportive coaching style that helps people build strength, skill and consistency.
Together, they’ve created a space where training is structured, progress is measurable, and people feel genuinely cared for.

What to expect now.
Step 1
Book Your Consultation
Meet with one of our coaches for a friendly, structured conversation about your training history, goals, lifestyle and any concerns you may have. This session helps us understand where you’re starting from and what matters most to you.
Step 2
Your Baseline Assessment
In this same session, we take you through a simple movement and fitness assessment across the pillars of Strength, Flexibility and Endurance, along with supporting Skill elements. You’ll receive a clear visual assessment report showing where you are right now
Step 3
Choosing Your Training Focus
Based on your goals and baseline, you’ll select your Training Focus within the Focus Method. This determines where we place the greatest emphasis in your personal programme.
Step 4
Choose Your Nutrition Focus
You’ll then select the nutrition pathway that best supports your training focus—ensuring your training and nutrition work together, not against each other.
Step 5
Understand your current Level
We’ll explain the Focus Method levels—Basecamp, Ascent and Apex—so you understand your starting point and where your training will take you. You’ll also see how we measure progress over time.
Step 6
Start Your Tailored Training
You join your first session with a clear plan, a coach who knows exactly what you’re working on, and a community that trains together with purpose. Your programme adapts as you progress, and recurring assessments show how you’re advancing across the pillars
